Open to Kids & Families! Everyone loves balloons!!

Make a variety of mini "balloon crafts" including coloring a hot air balloon with oil pastels and watercolors, balloon coloring pages, acrylic painting WITH balloons!

FREE helium inflated latex balloon to each participant!
