Required Forms For ALL CAMPS1. Once you register for camp, please complete the Child's Emergency Form below. This form is required for attendance to camp and should be completed IMMEDIATELY after registering.
2. If your child has an Epi Pen, please download and print the Medication Distribution Form and bring to camp with your Epi Pen in its original packaging with the prescription information on the label.

Kids Art Camp
Open to kids Fourth Grade through 17 years (kids are broken into age groups).
After Care is available from 4-6 pm daily (register separately).
Kids should bring an am/pm snack & drink plus bag lunch (if not purchasing pizza lunch M & F). NUT FREE.
Three Options Available
*PM Art Camps can be added our Acrylic Pouring, Teen, Crochet, 3D Art & Sewing Camps. (Register separately for those AM Camps)
During a typical week of Art Camp, campers will explore a variety of art mediums including:
Pizza Lunch option available Monday & Friday. $12, includes 2 slices & a water bottle . Mini Melts Ice Cream is available for purchase as a treat! Purchase at the time of registration $6 per cup or $28 for 5 days or $7 per cup onsite. Mini Melts can be eaten at camp or taken to go at the end of the day!
Purchase additional water bottles at camp for $1 per bottle, cash.
