2021 Summer Camp

Scrap U & Artistry Too is offering 2 different types of camp this summer! Campers can choose Full Day Art Camp from 9AM-3PM or Choose from three different options for our Sewing Camp.  Choose from a Half Day Beginner and Advanced Sewing Camps OR our Full Day Sewing Camp for experienced students.
Art camp is open to campers 3rd grade and up.  Sewing Camp is open to campers age 9 & up.

Sewing Camp

Two Weeks of Fun!  Age 9 & Up
​Choose Half Day or Full Day Option!
No matter what your sewing ability, you can create amazing projects this summer!  If you are a beginner, start with our Sewing I Class, then move on to our Sewing II Classes!  If you know how to use a sewing machine or have already taken our Sewing I & Sewing II Classes during the year, our Sewing II Summer Program is going to be a NEW ADVENTURE!!!  You will be ready for these new challenges!  Each week we are making something new, you don't want to miss the fun!!  Three options to choose from each week!  Experienced Students are encouraged to take our FULL DAY SEWING PROGRAM to enhance their technical skills!
​Because of the limited of registrations, we are able to accept for each program, there are no refunds or credits for cancellations, no shows or illnesses for Kids Day Off or Camp

CLASSES ARE BOOKING QUICKLY, REGISTER TODAY!
Make sure you let us know if you are registering with friends & are socializing together outside of the studio & want to be seated together.  This needs to be requested during camp registration by both families in order to be accommodated.

Sewing Camp Registration

Full Day Art Camp

It's not just Art at Scrap U! Choose up to 6 weeks of Artsy Fun!
Check out our all inclusive camp activities this year! Summer art camp will include:
  • Creating cool and unique art projects with personalized instruction, exploring a variety of contemporary art mediums
  • Heading outside twice a week for some creative and very silly fun activities!
  • Weekly visits from our YOGIE, getting us up and outside for some stretching and movement to music. (Don't forget your yoga mat)!
  • Weekly Art Intensives - which can include anything from a guest artisan teaching us their craftmanship to an entertainer coming to perform for us! You never know who is going to pop up and surprise us each week....
  • Water Fun - Summer's Hot! We'll be cooling off outside with art & wet sponges, water balloons, water guns, etc. (we will send a note home in advance to send in a change of clothes.)
  • Theme of the Week - Each week we will have a silly theme for campers to enjoy. For the THEME OF THE WEEK, the campers are encouraged to incorporate the theme of the week in some way, into their outfit/hair each day that week. You will be able to see your camp theme under the week you registered for - NO LATER THAN JUNE 4th.
  • Weekly Art Shows! - Every Friday afternoon from 2:45 - 3:15 pm, be a part of your kid's first art show! See what your kids have been working on all week. Snacks will be served! 
  • NEW THIS SUMMER! Mini Melts Ice Cream is available at the Studio for a To-Go treat at the end of the Camp day. Mini Melt options are available in a variety of options including some in nut, gluten, egg, dairy, soy, and/or peanut free. $5 per cup available daily, or purchase in advance for the week ($5 discount).

Pizza Lunch Option

We offer a pre-paid pizza lunch option from Joe's Pizzeria on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays to make life a little easier for parents!  Lunch consists of 2 slices of pizza and a water bottle for $10 per day.  You can purchase pizza during camp registration. 
Make sure you let us know if you are registering with friends & are social distancing together outside of the studio & want to be seated together.  This needs to be noted in writing by both families in order to be accommodated.

Required Forms

1. Once you register for camp,  please complete the Kids Emergency Form below.  This form is required for attendance to camp.  
2. If your child has an Epi Pen, please download and print the Medication Distribution Form and bring to camp with your Epi Pen in its original container with the prescription information on the bottle.  *Please see our Camp Instructions & FAQ's  with more information.
